Refund Policy

At Hearth & Hide, we take great care in creating and packaging each product by hand. Due to the nature of skincare products, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, scent preference, or products that have been opened or used.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you.

Where appropriate, we may offer:

  • a replacement product
  • store credit
  • or a refund

As our products are made using natural ingredients, slight variations in colour, texture, or scent may occur between batches. This is completely normal and reflects the handcrafted nature of our products.
