At Hearth & Hide, all orders are carefully packed and dispatched from New Zealand.

Processing Times

Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched. During busy periods, launches, or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.

As our products are handcrafted in small batches, occasional delays may occur — we appreciate your patience and support.

Shipping Within New Zealand

Orders are shipped via tracked courier services. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email where available.

Delivery timeframes may vary depending on your location and courier demand, including rural delivery areas.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size and delivery location.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Hearth & Hide is not responsible for parcels delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.

Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the packaging and product so we can assist you promptly.

Lost Parcels

While we do our best to ensure orders arrive safely, Hearth & Hide is not responsible for delays or lost parcels once they have been handed over to the courier provider. However, we will do our best to assist you in resolving any delivery issues.
