Products

All Hearth & Hide products are handcrafted in small batches using natural ingredients. Due to the nature of these ingredients, slight variations in colour, texture, and scent may occur between batches.

Our products are intended for external use only. Please read ingredient lists carefully before use. We recommend patch testing prior to full application, particularly for sensitive skin.

Hearth & Hide is not liable for any individual reactions or sensitivities to ingredients. If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately.

Orders & Payments

All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD). We reserve the right to update pricing, products, and descriptions at any time without notice.

Orders will only be processed once payment has been received in full.

Shipping

We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible; however, delivery timeframes may vary depending on courier services and rural delivery locations.

Once an order has been dispatched, Hearth & Hide is not responsible for delays caused by the courier provider.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging so we can assist you.

Refunds & Returns

Due to the nature of skincare products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, scent preference, or opened/used products.

All content on this website, including branding, logos, product names, photographs, and written content, remains the property of Hearth & Hide and may not be copied or used without permission.
